Ector College Prep Success academy’s dance team’s Massiel Soto, 14, performs at Code Enforcement’s block party in Barn G Saturday morning at the Ector County Coliseum, Entertainment included dancing, music, jumpers, face painting, food and more. The mission of Code Enforcement, which is a division of Community Development, is to develop a working partnership involving the neighborhood residents, public officials, and service organizations to identify effective solutions to concerns or needs in city neighborhoods.
