The Odessa College men’s basketball team will head into the 2021-22 season with a 12th place ranking as the NJCAA preseason poll was released Monday.
The Wranglers, coached by Kris Baumann, are coming off a 20-3 overall record from last year which included a Western Junior College Athletic Conference title and a spot in the NJCAA National Tournament.
WJCAC opponent South Plains College enters the season ranked No. 4 in the country and Salt Lake Community College is No. 1, followed by Indian Hills Community College and Florida Southwestern State College.
Odessa College will begin its season next month.
