The Odessa Jackalopes scored four times in the third period to skate away with a 4-2 victory against the Amarillo Bulls in North American Hockey League action Saturday evening at the Ector County Coliseum.
Zac Herrmann, Dylan Johnson, Matt Brown and Peyton Frantti all tallied for the Jackalopes, who improved to 25-14-3-2, good for 55 points and second place in the South Division.
Evan Somoza added two assists in the win and Odessa goaltender Brett Epp stopped 30 of 32 shots to earn the victory.
Austin O’Rourke and Trey Bagwell scored for Amarillo (15-19-4-3, 37 points).
