The Odessa High Bronchos host Amarillo Tascosa to determine sole possession of second place in the District 2-6A boys basketball standings at 7:30 tonight at the Odessa High Fieldhouse.
Odessa High (18-6 overall, 2-1 district) is coming off a 58-44 victory at Midland High on Friday. Tascosa (16-8, 2-1) lost 51-37 at Permian in the first of back-to-back road games in Odessa.
The girls game, scheduled for a 6 p.m. tipoff, starts the second half of the 2-6A girls schedule. Tascosa (17-10, 4-1) remained in a three-way tie for first place with Midland High and Wolfforth Frenship after defeating Permian 47-27 on Friday. Odessa High (5-21, 0-5) dropped a 56-30 decision at Midland High to remain sixth in the district standings.
