AMARILLO The Permian boys soccer team won its second straight district game Tuesday with a 4-0 victory over Amarillo Tascosa at Dick Bivins Stadium.

The Panthers (9-7-1 overall, 2-1-1-0 District 2-6A, eight points) were up three by halftime on a goal from Edgar Lujan and a pair of strikes from Aiden Everett.

Reese Rivera scored Permian’s final goal of the game in the second half on an assist from Everett. The Panthers sit in second place in the district standings after four games, a point behind Midland High.
