SAN ANGELO The Permian boys soccer team didn’t leave much on the field Friday night against San Angelo Lake View, downing the Chiefs 9-0 at Old Bobcat Stadium.
The Panthers (5-3-1) had eight different goal scorers in the game with freshman Reese Rivera scoring twice.
Mohammed Shalabi, Wyatt Matta, Aiden Everett, Irving Martinez, Zac Whisenant, Juan Gaytan and AJ Salcido also scored for Permian. Six different Permian players picked up assists in the game.
The Panthers led 4-0 at the half. Carson Roberts and Davyd Cano split time in net for the shutout.
