MONAHANS The Permian volleyball team was able to bounce back from an early deficit as the Lady Panthers defeated Monahans in four sets, 13-25, 25-15, 25-9, 25-14 Tuesday at the Jerry Larned Sports Complex.
Jade Workman was among the top performers for the Lady Panthers (17-7 overall), finishing with 17 kills, 15 assists and four aces in the victory.
Denali Cardenas led Permian with 24 assists and 13 digs while Nyxalee Munoz had 11 kills to go with 10 digs.
Permian is scheduled to play Presidio at 6 p.m. Friday at the Permian Fieldhouse.
