The Permian Lady Panthers softball team takes on the El Paso Americas Trail Blazers in the Class 6A bi-district round for a best-of-3 series. Game 1 begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Sul Ross in Alpine.
Game 2 is at 10 a.m. Saturday. If necessary, Game 3 is at 12 p.m. Tickets cost $5 for adults and $3 students.
Permian (27-1) won the District 2-6A title outright with a 9-1 district record. El Paso Americas will be the home team for Game 1. Permian is the home team for Game 2.
The Trail Blazers finished fourth in District 1-6A with a 15-18 overall record.
