The Odessa High softball team had the tying run on third base but was unable to cash in in a 10-9 loss to San Angelo Central on Tuesday at the Ratliff Softball Complex.
The Lady Bronchos dropped to 10-15 overall, 2-4 in District 2-6 play.
Shelby Navarrete was 2 for 5 with one run scored and one RBI for Odessa High.
Mya Mayberry scored three runs and Diveli Cherry added two more in the loss.
Nivea Saenz had two RBIs to lead the Lady Bronchos.
