KEYS TO VICTORY
>> STOP THE RUN GAME: The Bronchos surrendered more than 350 rushing yards last week in a loss to Permian. San Angelo Central quarterback, Tyler Hill averages 141.2 yards rushing per game and has scored 11 times on the ground. The Bobcats are 4-0 when rushing for more than 190 yards, but 0-2 when under that mark.
>> PRESSURE AND FORCE TURNOVERS: The Bronchos only have 3.5 sacks, two interceptions and one fumble recovery on the season. By putting a bigger emphasis on forcing San Angelo Central into mistakes, the Bronchos could potentially have a shorter field for their offense.
>> TARGET CARREON: The Bronchos are 3-1 this season when wide receiver Ivan Carreon has more than 130 yards receiving, but 0-2 when Carreon is reception-less. Establishing this connection early against the Bobcats can only lead to greater success on Friday.
