SAN ANTONIO Zahad Munford scored 17 points to lead four Dallas Carter players in double figures in a 80-62 victory against Seminole in a UIL Class 4A state semifinal boys basketball game Friday at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
Dante Stearns finished with 16 points, Kyle Hill added 12 and Kyree Rogers chipped in 10 for Dallas Carter (33-5), which made 12 3-pointers on the day.
Reese Moore scored a game-high 21 points to lead the Indians (27-9), with Jalen Brattain adding 17 points to the mix.
Dallas Carter dominated the second and third quarters, outscoring the Indians by 17 points (43-26) during those 16 minutes to break the game open.
