The Odessa High baseball team will get a first-hand look at Arlington’s Globe Life Park in its next playoff outing.
The Bronchos will meet defending Class 6A state champion Southlake Carroll at 7:30 p.m. Friday in a one-game playoff in the regional semifinals at the home of the Texas Rangers.
Odessa High (23-12-1) advanced by beating El Paso Montwood in three games in the regional quarterfinals, the second week in a row the Bronchos have needed a third game to advance.
District 5-6A champion Southlake Carroll (28-11) has gone 6-0 in the playoffs, sweeping Flower Mound Marcus in the third round.
