SNYDER The Odessa College women’s basketball team lost against Western Texas College 47-46 Monday night at The Coliseum.
Western Texas College’s Catara Samuel led all scorers with 12 points. Leticia Soares led the Lady Wranglers with 10 points.
Despite only allowing four points to the Lady Westerners in the first quarter, Odessa College (13-5 overall, 1-2 WJCAC) fell behind in the second quarter.
The Lady Wranglers shot 30.8 percent from the field and 22.2 percent from 3-point range.
