The Odessa Jackalopes were dealt a 3-2 loss in overtime to the Amarillo Bulls, Friday night at Ector County Coliseum in North American League Hockey action.

Amarillo’s Ryan Lautenbach scored just 23 seconds into overtime to give the Bulls (44-8-3) the one-goal win while Odessa (21-34-1) lost its fourth straight game.

The Bulls outshot the Jackalopes 46-36 and never trailed for the night.

Odessa’s Vaclav Zidek scored with less than six minutes remaining in the third period to send the game into overtime.

The teams close out the regular season with a 7:11 p.m. game Saturday at Ector County Coliseum.
