Christian actor Kirk Cameron will give a marriage and parenting seminar titled “Living Room Reset” from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Jan. 27 at New Life Chapel at 914 N. Texas Ave.
Regular admission is $25 while VIP passes are $50 to meet Cameron privately. Tickets may be obtained at the church office or newlifeodessa.com or by calling 432-337-1000.
Pastor Marcos Zuniga said there was a full house of 1,000 when the 47-year-old Cameron, who lives at Ventura, Calif., spoke at the church two years ago.
Cameron starred in the TV series “Growing Pains” from 1985-92 and since then has appeared in the film series “Left Behind” and the movie “Firestorm.”
“Kirk was very popular in ‘Growing Pains’ and was every young girl’s heartthrob,” Zuniga said. “He left Hollywood to create films that are impacting the United States with good Christian morals.”
