In observance of Black History Month, The Castanettes Social, Civic and Arts Club will have the 2018 Distinguished Man of the Year Awards Luncheon and Male Fashion Show at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at the Odessa Regional Hospital Community Room, 515 N. Adams St.
Guest speaker will be the Rev. Arvin Medlock, pastor of St. John Baptist Church in Lamesa.
Tickets are $20 and may be purchased at the door.
Honorees will be Brother Jimmy Miller, religion, and Pete McGarity, for business.
