Odessa Fire Rescue paramedics receive training on new Lucas devices

These new devices are able to provide continuous effective chest compressions during CPR and will be put on ambulances at four of Odessa's fire stations. Once approved by Odessa's City Council, the Lucas 3 devices will be placed in four fire stations across the city, with plans of eventually providing one in all eight stations.
