A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody by the Ector County Sheriff’s Office early Wednesday morning following a fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy Tuesday evening at the intersection of Blair Street and Alexander Avenue in West Odessa. The 14-year-old boy was identified as Fabian Reyna and the 16-year-old has been charged with murder and is expected to have a detention hearing sometime this week.
