AimBank announces planned acquisition of FNB New Mexico

AimBank will expand their footprint to eastern New Mexico with the planned acquisition of FNB New Mexico.

AimBank currently maintains 18 full-service locations in the Panhandle, South Plains, Permian Basin and Big Country regions of Texas.

Once the acquisition is finalized, AimBank is expected to have more than $1.7 billion in total assets, an AimBank news release stated.

FNB New Mexico currently has several locations in New Mexico including Angel Fire, Clayton, Logan, Raton, Santa Rosa and Tucumcari and one location in Dalhart, Texas with approximately $254 million in total assets.
