The Odessa Police Department is looking for a man described as a heavy set Hispanic that reportedly fondled a 56-year-old woman.

The reported incident happened at 8:03 a.m. July 4 at an apartment complex in Northeast Odessa, an OPD press release detailed.

A 56-year-old woman stated while she was talking, an unknown man reportedly came up from behind and fondled her. The woman stated the man was last seen running north on University Boulevard.

The man was wearing a green shirt, khaki shorts and brown loafers, the release stated.

Anyone with information about the man is asked to contact OPD or Odessa Crime Stoppers and reference case No. 19-25648.
