Police looking for man involved in burglary and credit card abuse

The Odessa Police Department is looking for a man who reportedly burglarized a vehicle, stole a credit card and made $3,300 purchases on the stolen credit card.

The reported burglary and credit card abuse happened June 21 in the Walmart parking lot located at 4210 N. JBS Parkway, the Odessa Police Department press release stated.

A man reportedly burglarized a vehicle, stole the complainant’s credit card and then the man used the credit card at several businesses in Odessa. The credit card purchases total $3,300.

OPD has released a photo of the man on its website at tinyurl.com/y3fufou4.

Anyone with information about the identity of the man is asked to contact Detective W. Branch or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS and reference case No. 19-9000321.
