A Crime Stoppers tip led to the arrest of an 18-year-old man who was reportedly smoking drugs from a pipe in the Odessa High School parking lot.

The incident happened 3:50 p.m. Friday at the OHS parking lot next to the In-School Suspension building at 12th Street and Whitaker Avenue, an Ector County Independent School District Police affidavit stated. May is not a student at Odessa High.
