On the second night of the Black Cultural Council Of Odessa’s “A Celebration of Freedom” Juneteenth festivities, friends, new and old gathered for the Second Annual “All White Party” on Thursday night.
Held in the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center it was a chance to chat, visit and most importantly get up and shake a leg on the dance floor.
