According to a press release issued by the Odessa Police Department Wednesday afternoon, Odessa Police responded to a series of wrecks caused by a tractor truck losing its cargo while traveling along I-20 near Dixie Boulevard in Odessa. Two seperate wrecks occurred because of the tractor truck incident, both in the eastbound lanes of I-20 between Crane Avenue and Grandview Avenue.
