JROTC cadets from Permian High School and Odessa High School spent part of their Friday on the wall of the Odessa College Fire/EMS Technology Training Rappel Tower as they trained in basic military rappelling techniques by OC Safety and Rescue Instructor Dean McCann. Over 100 students took part in the event which took months of planning and is the first of its kind in the area according to McCann.
