As part of their “Our Future Matters” Juneteenth celebrations on Saturday, the Black Cultural Council of Odessa hosted an event at the Blackshear Elementary Auditoriam featuring performances by the Shout Cheerleading team, comedian and ventriloquist Willy Brown and a Hometown Heroes panel featuring Roy Williams, Felix Neboh and Bradley Marquez.
