Parks Bell Ranch announces next phase of construction

Cross B Development announced the next phase of Parks Bell Ranch North Master Plan, its residential and lifestyle community in northeast Odessa by connecting the final length of its Yukon road to State Highway 191, a news release said Wednesday.

The project is set to be complete by next year.

The connection of Yukon Rd. to SH 191 completes the main thoroughfare for the growing Odessa community. After almost eight years of continuous development, construction has begun for the next phase of expansion for Parks Bell Ranch North Master Plan. The completion of Yukon Rd. to State Highway 191 will give residents of Homestead at Parks Bell Ranch and other commuter traffic connectivity and access to Loop 338, US Hwy 385, the Midland International Space Port, and internal neighborhood amenities.

“We are thrilled to announce the next leg of construction for Parks Bell Ranch North Master Plan President of Cross B, Brian Bell said in the release. “The completion of Yukon Rd. will provide convenient highway access for the rapidly growing Permian Basin. This will allow for better circulation and access for our residents and those who are coming to and from work. The completion of Yukon Rd will complement the future for the North Wind Crossing commercial district and a major commercial development district, Town Center at Parks Bell Ranch.”

The Parks Bell Ranch North Master Plan is a 1,700 acre master planned community in the city of Odessa, with commercial anchor space at the intersections of Yukon, North Faudree Road and state Highway 191.
