Hispanic Heritage of Odessa has scheduled a Vaquero Breakfast, as part of “Celebrando La Cultura” Hispanic Heritage Month, at 7:30 a.m. today at Dos Amigos Restaurant, 4700 N Golder Ave.
The program will include the unveiling of a billboard, “Nuestro futuro punto,” which will be displayed at 2760 Andrews Highway, and presentation by Scott Muri and Permian and OHS players will help with kick off.
