As part of Sexual Assault Awareness Month the Crisis Center of West Texas is partnering with local gyms to collect throughout April new leggings, yoga pants, shirts, underwear and sports bras in all adult sizes (S-XXL).
The Crisis Response Team meets survivors of sexual assault at the hospital and provides them with support and information.
Many survivors are required to give up their clothes for evidence, so the team provides a new, comfortable outfit for them to wear home or to the shelter.
