The Crane High School Band has scheduled a spring concert at 2 p.m. Sunday at the school, 511 W. Eighth St., Crane.

Auditions

Permian Playhouse, 310 W. 42nd St., has scheduled auditions for “Real Women Have Curves” from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and Monday.

The show features an all female cast. Roles are available for women, ages 18-55. Spanish speaking is a plus, but not mandatory.

Grief Share

First Baptist Church, 709 N. Lee Ave., has scheduled the following Grief Share classes in the senior adult suite.

Sundays: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Wednesdays: 10 a.m. to noon.

The meetings are for those who have lost loved ones and are open to the public.

Juneteenth Celebration

The Black Cultural Council of Odessa (BCCO) has scheduled the 2019 Juneteenth Celebration June 14-16 and June 19 at Woodson Park, 1020 E. Murphy St.

The annual “Celebration of Freedom” honors the day when Texas slaves finally learned of their emancipation.

T-shirts will be sold from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. June 9 in Woodson Park.
