APHASIA CENTER

The Aphasia Center of West Texas plans a Kenny Metcalf as Elton John concert during the 14th Annual Free Aphasia Awareness Concert on May 5 at the Midland County Horseshoe Amphitheater.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and Metcalf takes the stage at 8 p.m.

The event is sponsored by Vicky and S. Javaid Anwar and Midland Energy.

This annual event raises awareness and funds for the Aphasia Center of West Texas, this region’s primary resource for individuals and families coping with the loss of language, typically occurring after a stroke.

Guests are welcome to attend with free admission on the lawn or they can sponsor tables and receive reserved seating, valet parking, a catered dinner, a private host bar and more.
