Via Odessa Police Department:
On 4-10-19 at approximately 0805 hours, Odessa Police responded to 16th & West County Road (Valero) in reference to a hit and run. Surveillance footage revealed that a white Nissan Armada struck a gray Chrysler 200 and left the scene without meeting necessary legal requirements.
