Odessa Arts will have its Black and White Ball at 6:30 p.m., Sept. 17 at the Odessa Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in the Permian Ballroom where this year’s Friend of the Arts Honorees will be recognized including Sondra and Toby Eoff, Betsy and Buzz Hurt and Michael Marrero. The West Texas Jazz Society will also be recognized as the Mark Tenniswood Volunteers of Year.
