The Permian Basin Metropolitan Planning Organization has been evaluating the potential for an interregional corridor to provide freight and vehicular connectivity in and around the urbanized Midland-Odessa area.
The Planning team is conducting a final town hall to receive input on potential corridors that provide opportunity for better connectivity within the Permian Basin region.
They will be presenting and discussing results of the screening and analysis process, and next steps for completing the PEL Study at 12:15 p.m. in the Zant Community Room at Odessa College, 201 W. University Blvd., and 6 p.m. at the Hispanic Cultura Center of Midland, 1311 E. Wadley Ave., Midland, Aug. 23.
