Kraton: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

HOUSTON (AP) — Kraton Performance Polymers Inc. (KRA) on Wednesday reported a loss of $21.9 million in its fourth quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had a loss of 69 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 23 cents per share.
The specialty chemical company posted revenue of $406.8 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported a loss of $225.6 million, or $7.08 per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.56 billion.
Kraton shares have increased 60% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $44.49, nearly tripling in the last 12 months.
