Hope for the Homeless has scheduled free haircuts, free home cooked meal and a free West Texas Food Bank box of food from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at the American Legion, 2701 E. Eighth St.
Free transportation is available at Salvation Army, 810 E. 11th St.
