Hispanic Heritage of Odessa are looking for vendors, food trucks, car show entries, and any parade participants for Dia De Los Muertos Halloween Parade Celebration Oct. 30.
The parade will take place from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. and the Catrina Show from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
