The 40 Something Cowgirls of Midland have scheduled a Wave Off for a group of military heroes, who will be escorted by the Riders4Fighters, the Midland Sheriff’s Department and Patriot Guard Riders as Reel Thanks heads out to take them fishing.
The wave off will be from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Friday on the corner of Midland Drive and Tanforan Avenue, south of the Midland Fire Department Station No. 9, Midland.
The public is invited to attend. Come early and enjoy breakfast tacos from Taco Villa.
The 40 Something Cowgirls will wear their pink shirts and straw hats.
