Harness the power of women to fight heart disease and stroke

The American Heart Association has scheduled its annual Go Red for Women Luncheon to raise funds for cardiovascular disease and stroke research, awareness and education on 11:30 a.m. May 2 at the Odessa Country Club, 1 Fairway Drive.

This year’s luncheon will feature Donna Hartley as the keynote speaker. Hartley is an international, inspirational speaker, a member of the National Speakers Association and the owner of Hartley International. She has been featured on PBS, NBC, ABC and in the New York Times.

The luncheon aims to empower women to take charge of their heart health and fight cardiovascular diseases, which claim more women’s lives than all forms of cancer combined.

The Go Red For Women Luncheon will include a silent auction, a delicious and heart-healthy lunch and more.

Individual tickets are $50, with corporate or group tables still available. The Go Red For Women luncheon is sponsored nationally by Macy’s and CVS Health.

Reservations can be made online or by calling 866-698-5414.
