Several offices will be closed Monday in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The City of Odessa offices, including the business office of the Odessa Police Department, Ector County offices and the Ector County Sheriff’s Office will be closed.
The Ector County Independent School District, the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and Odessa College also announced they will be closed Monday.
