Farmers Market opens this Saturday

The Parks Legado Farmers Market will open for the summer beginning this Saturday.
All four scheduled markets will run from 8 a.m. to noon on the second Saturday of each month through September at the Parks Legado Town Center, 7260 E. Highway 191.
The farmers market is made up of more than 70 traditional farmers and market vendors who will be selling fresh produce, meat, eggs, honey and more.
Parks Legado has also added various entertainment elements for residents of all ages. Along with partnering with the Ellen Noël Art Museum to bring art activities to children within the community, there will be live music, food trucks and corn hole at the event.
Free yoga sessions will be facilitated by instructors of Roming Yoga and will start at 9:15 a.m. on the Proof Bar and Lounge patio. Participants are advised to bring their own mat to the yoga class.
