Exhibit features poems from Texas and New Mexico

Museum of the Big Bend at Sul Ross State University, 400 N. Harrison St., Alpine, has scheduled the exhibit “Echoes of the Cordillera: Attitudes and Latitudes along the Great Divide” through March 25.

The exhibit features photographs of the Continental Divide from Alaska to Chiapas, Mexico, alongside poems by 39 poets from Texas and New Mexico.

A limited edition publication featuring all works in the exhibit will be available for purchase in the gift shop for $24.95 (plus tax).

Museum hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Admission is free. Donations are welcome.
