Erica Lane part of Fandango celebration

This year’s Firecracker Fandango features a number of activities for adults and children as well as a variety of musical talent.

Erica Lane is a Billboard charting recording artist and songwriter who hit the Top 40 and Adult Contemporary Indicator Charts in 2017 with her single “Wake.”

She’s toured the United States and abroad and has performed at events with notables such as Jon Voight, George Lopez, Candace Cameron Bure and Chonda Pierce. In 2014, Lane’s original music was featured on “Left Behind,” starring Nicolas Cage and also “Veil of Tears,” narrated by Natalie Grant. She has released five albums during her music career, and she is also a former Miss Houston and top 10 US Miss World.

Via email Lane said fans can expect the Firecracker Fandango show to feature her band and performances of her original music, including songs off of her patriotic album “Believe in America.”

“My concert will leave audiences feeling energized and inspired,” Lane said.

She has made numerous television/radio appearances including the Crystal Show, Good Morning Arkansas, CBS Memphis, On Air with Tony Sweet, TBN, Atlanta Live, Music City Late Night with Ronnie McDowell, Downtown Radio in Belfast, Ireland, Sunny 99 in Orlando, Miracle Channel in Calgary, KSBJ in Houston, and many other TV and radio shows across the US, Canada, and the UK. Lane’s music has been featured in almost a dozen films and television shows. She hit No. 1 on the indie charts’ New Music Weekly in 2017.

Lane also has a Christmas tour.

“Christmastime is my favorite time of year. I love to bring people together to enjoy beautiful holiday ballads and fun, jazzy tunes to celebrate the season,” Lane said. “My Christmas album reflects a timeless, classic sound, and so does my Christmas tour.”

She said her favorite thing about being a recording artist is sharing a song with people that changes them or makes them happy. “Knowing how each song goes through a long journey of creation, it is very fulfilling to see a great song enjoyed by friends and fans.”
