Hispanic Heritage of Odessa has scheduled El Grito De Dolores as part of “Celebrando La Cultura” Hispanic Heritage Month, at 6 p.m. today at La Margarita Festival Grounds, 1257 W. Monahans St.
There will be entertainment, Folklorico, mariachi, food, raffles and more.
