Odessa police are seeking information after a 17-year-old boy was hit by a truck in Odessa on Monday.
A news release stated the pedestrian was hit by a Chevrolet Silverado as he tried to cross Grandview at 42nd at about 1:30 p.m., before the driver of the truck left the scene without meeting necessary legal requirements.
Failure to stop and render aid is a third-degree felony.
The release described the Silverado as silver in color with dark-tinted windows, and as a model from 2008, 2009 or 2010.
The pedestrian was taken to Medical Center Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
