The University of Texas Permian Basin has scheduled a Dia de los Muertos Festival from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Nov. 2 at the Wagner Noël Performing Arts Center, 1310 N. FM 1788, Midland.
UTPB Ballet Folklorico, Mariachi and Orchestra will perform at 7:30 p.m.
