Dance benefit

A Daddy Daughter Dance for all ages has been scheduled from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. June 12 at the Cooper Rose Building, 415 N. Grant Ave.

The dance will honor Marlee Munguia, 3, who has been diagnosed with neuroblastoma cancer. Marlee is the daughter of Mason and Lani Munguia. Mason is a football and baseball coach at Permian High School. The family has moved to Fort Worth to be close to Cooks Hospital for all of Marleeā€™s treatments.

The dance will include dinner served by Jack Jordan’s Bar-B-Que, face painting by Greenie the Clown, music, photo booth, Disney princesses, silent auction, Mercedes electric car raffle, Kate Spade purse raffle, best dressed contest and more.

All proceeds will go to the Munguia family.

Tickets for the dance are $20 each.

The event is open to the public. Anyone can attend, mom, grandparents, aunts, uncles, brothers etc., with a purchase of a ticket.
