OPD seeks assistance after reported Walmart robbery

Odessa police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two robbery suspects after an incident at the city’s east side Walmart in April.

An Odessa police release states that at about 4:30 p.m. April 9, a man and a woman concealed merchandise at Walmart and exited the store without making an attempt to pay, then, as store personnel confronted them, the man pulled out a knife and pointed it at an employee.

The suspects left the scene in a white 2007 Ford Mustang with black stripes, the release states.

There were no reports of injuries.
