Odessa police is seeking the public’s assistance after a hit-and-run incident was reported on March 9.
A dark SUV backed into a 45-year-old man and struck him in a parking lot in the 1100 block of South Dixie at around 4 p.m. that afternoon, a release stated, before the driver left the scene without meeting legal requirements.
