Odessa police arrested three people last Friday on charges related to possession of methamphetamine.

Shelby Odom, 23, Michelle Henegar, 20, and Ronald Rossingh, 24, were all arrested around 5:15 a.m. Friday and charged with state-jail-felony possession of methamphetamine.

Odom was also charged with third-degree-felony evading with a motor vehicle and misdemeanor evading arrest, while Henegar was also charged with misdemeanor evading arrest.

An Odessa police release states that OPD officers observed a white 1997 Chevrolet pickup traveling in the area of University Boulevard and Keystone Drive without a license plate Friday morning, and that when officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, the driver refused to stop and police say he evaded officers through an alley.

The vehicle was later found in the 3600 block of North Tom Green Avenue, the release states, before two of the three occupants immediately evaded officers on foot but were later located and placed into custody.

The release states that Odom was identified as the vehicle’s driver, and that all three subjects were found to be in possession of methamphetamine.
